Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in the technology sector, with a focus on security solutions, managed services, alliances, or technical pre-sales. They should have proven experience in building and scaling Managed Security Services in collaboration with technology vendors, along with a deep understanding of the channel reseller model and partner ecosystems. Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, are required, as well as comfort in engaging with senior partner and customer stakeholders. Technical certifications in security, such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications, are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Alliance Solutions Manager will cultivate and manage relationships with key security technology vendors to understand their offerings and joint opportunities, build market analysis and business cases to drive Optiv’s MSS strategy, work with R&D to architect MSS solution offerings, lead the creation of co-branded security solutions and sales plays, act as a subject matter expert on managed security services and partner solutions, supporting sales teams in customer engagements, and track performance KPIs across alliance initiatives. Additionally, the role involves training and internal enablement, pipeline development and co-sell activities, and monitoring performance for optimization and growth.
